mo.blaze disc (Turn Signal)

mo.blaze disc from motogadget - a handlebar end indicator with an avant-garde design.

The mo.blaze disc is the latest generation flashing light signal. A feature of the LED indicator is the transparent light panel on a compact aluminum base, which integrates harmoniously with the grip at the end of the handlebar.

Our third indicator, which uses the new TranzLight technology (TLT, patent pending). This step-by-step development approach is not limited to simple miniaturization of turn signal housings, but shapes the light directly through a crystal-clear plastic body. Only a precise optical CAD calculation and the most modern manufacturing processes allow this new design and its function.

The luminous flux required for the TranzLight principle is generated by the intensiLED® process developed by motogadget and consists of three important components:

• Selected high performance LEDs with maximum efficiency and a total power of 7W with a lifetime of more than 50000h
• An IC-controlled constant current control clocked at 330 kHz
• Special collimator optics that precisely couples light from the LED into the plastic body

The discreet aluminum housing is only used for the stable attachment of the glass body and the integration of the high-end control electronics and LEDs.

Of course, the case is CNC machined, black anodized or high-gloss polished and finely laser-labeled.

The handlebar end indicator is very flat and looks neutral and unobtrusive through the transparent disc. So it is suitable for many styles and different motorcycles.

The flasher can be used like any conventional LED flasher with load resistors or all our load-independent flasher relays (mo.flash, mo.wave, mo.stop, mo.relay +).
